The goals of this webpage are the
following:
a.
to kindly
request your help if possible, see at the end how you can help me;
b.
to share
with all interested parties, especially university students who are either
beginning their dreams or having difficulties completing their programs, the
academic and non-academic aspects of my negative experience at UBC so they can
be able either to avoid similar situations or to take appropriate redress
action as soon as possible;
c.
to use my
ordeal as a case study to understand possible scenarios that students,
especially minority students or international students at UBC, may face when
falling in the hands of extreme faculty induced system failures;
d.
to provide
academic and non-academic information that can be used by student organizations
to press for laws that do not allow the protection of abusers at the expense of
more marginalisation and neglect for the victim under faculty induced system
failure;
e.
to provide
the means to all those who do not tolerate inequality and discrimination, and
academic harassment, especially of students members of specific minority groups
like me, to protest strongly to university authorities and the public in
general so they know that abusing student rights do not pay in the long-run;
f.
to provide
a forum to exchange information/experiences/support with other students in
similar circumstances currently or in the past.

University laws apply equally to all students, the saying
goes, yet they made an exception with me time after
time after time; is not this discrimination
and/or unequal treatment?
